Our video-protection cameras and fire alarms are linked to a control centre 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Finally, you should know that only people authorised by our access control system can enter the centre.

Yes, it's compulsory: you must be insured for the entire duration of the rental contract for your storage unit, in order to guarantee, in particular, the protection of the goods stored against the risks of fire, explosion, theft, water damage and against the risks inherent in occupying the storage unit. Your home insurance policy may include a clause specifically covering the rental of a storage unit. Ask your insurer for details.

Whatever the case, before you sign your rental contract, you'll need to prove that you're properly insured by presenting a certificate of insurance.

Easier and quicker! Self Box Atlantique can also offer you the option of taking out a monthly comprehensive policy to protect your box and its contents, directly when you sign your contract. This will cost you a few extra euros on top of the rental price.

You can terminate your lease at any time, subject to a minimum rental period of one month and 15 days' notice.

Yes, if you need more space or your project changes, you can change the size of your storage unit at any time and as many times as you like, free of charge.

Even though many things can be stored in a storage unit, the internal regulations do not allow you to store anything and everything, particularly for reasons of security and common law.

It is therefore forbidden to store the following products and items in a storage unit:

Illegal objects or products (drugs, weapons, ammunition, stolen or stolen goods, counterfeit goods, contraband alcohol and tobacco, etc.) Dangerous, toxic, explosive or flammable products Waste of any kind Animals and animal matter Perishable foodstuffs

It should be noted that it is also forbidden to store any item worth more than €10,000. If you wish to do this, you must make a specific request.

For obvious safety reasons (to avoid short circuits and the risk of fire), our storage units are not equipped with electrical sockets. Each floor and corridor of your centre is equipped with motion-detection lighting.
